Podcast Studio Hire is an independent podcast recording studio in East London, built around a simple idea: making professional podcast recording accessible to everyone.
Whether you're recording your first episode or have been creating content for years, we provide the space, equipment and technical support to help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the microphones and cameras.
Where it all began
The idea for Podcast Studio Hire came from wanting to start our own podcast. With work and travel commitments making it difficult to record regularly, we decided to create an affordable, flexible recording space of our own.
On 19 October 2019, we began transforming a spare bedroom into a recording studio. Within days, it had become a fully equipped space with three cameras, microphones and lighting, capable of recording conversations with up to three people.
Our first booking followed on 22 December 2019. What began as a small personal project soon grew into something much bigger.

As demand increased, we moved into dedicated premises, creating more space, improving our recording environment and developing new studio sets.

Today, Podcast Studio Hire operates three studio sets across two recording rooms, welcoming podcasters, interviewers and content creators.

With a background in media production dating back to 2010, we've always believed that great content starts with a comfortable environment, reliable equipment and the right technical support.
We know that stepping into a podcast recording studio for the first time can feel intimidating. There are cameras, microphones, lighting and plenty of technical details to think about.
That's why our studio bookings include professional recording equipment and an experienced engineer to handle the technical side of your session. You can concentrate on the conversation while we take care of the recording.
