Your booking should allow enough time for everyone to arrive, get settled and record your episode. If you're recording multiple episodes or guests, make sure you allow enough time for changeovers between recordings. Our studio engineer will have the recording equipment set up for your session.

Each studio set accommodates up to four people, including the host and guests. If you're recording multiple episodes with different guests, they're welcome to wait in the on-site café until it's their turn.

No technical experience is needed. Our studio engineer will set up the cameras, microphones and lighting and manage the recording setup, so you can simply focus on your podcast.

Nothing specific. Just bring yourself and your guests — we'll provide the cameras, microphones, lighting and recording equipment, and our studio engineer will take care of the technical setup.

No. All podcast recordings must use our studio's cameras, microphones and lighting. You may bring your own camera for behind-the-scenes footage, provided it does not interfere with the recording and is approved by our studio engineer.

Yes. Remote guests can join your studio session using Riverside or Zoom. You will need a Riverside or Zoom Pro account and must be able to log in at the studio. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the setup. The audio and video quality of the remote guest will depend on the equipment and internet connection they use.

Yes. Professional podcast editing is available as an optional add-on to your studio booking. Editing costs £250 per episode of up to 60 minutes and includes multi-camera editing, audio mixing, removal of unwanted sections, and adding your supplied branding, intro and outro. Studio hire is charged separately. You can find out more on our Services page.

Your audio and video files will be delivered via Dropbox within 48 hours of your recording session. The files will be available to download for 7 days, after which they will be deleted from our systems.

We're located at Lock Studios, 7 Corsican Square, London, E3 3YD, around 30 seconds' walk from Devons Road DLR station and approximately 6 minutes' walk from Bromley-by-Bow Underground station.

Yes, please contact us to arrange an in-person viewing of the studio.

Only those taking part in the recording can be inside the studio during your session. Additional friends or guests are welcome to wait in the on-site café seating area.

Drinks are welcome in the studio, and refreshments are available. We do not allow food inside the studio, but you are welcome to use the on-site café and seating area to eat before or after your session.

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted anywhere in the studio. Failure to follow this policy may result in your session being cancelled without a refund.

You should receive a booking confirmation email within a few minutes, although in some cases it may take up to 2 hours. Please check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven't received it after 2 hours, please contact us.

You can reschedule your booking using the reschedule button in your confirmation email. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Bookings within 48 hours cannot be rescheduled.

Missed bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
