We do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters.

  • Squarespace, which hosts our website.

  • Acuity Scheduling, which manages our online bookings, confirmations and reminders.

  • Our payment providers, which process payments securely.

  • Dropbox, which we use to deliver audio and video files from your recording session.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Recording files: Raw audio and video files are made available to download for seven days after delivery. We do not retain clients’ raw recordings after this period.

  • Booking and contact information: Our booking system retains records of past bookings and associated contact details. We have not currently established a routine deletion schedule for these records.

  • Invoices and payment records: We retain records relating to payments and invoices for accounting and record-keeping purposes.
